Over time, our customers have become our community, in particular groups of customers who’ve joined forces and buying power to create their own Buying Groups. We’ve worked with this community to create our own dedicated portal, Group Goodness. A place where Australians near and far can access nutritious, quality foods as well as natural and organic products for less.

Through the Group Goodness portal our Buying Groups can not only gain access to these products in remote and regional areas, but they can also shop in bulk, save money and reduce waste.

What is a Buying Group?

A Buying Group is a community of people who get together to combine their buying power and shop our range at lower than retail prices. The Group Goodness portal allows your group to each shop individually then combine it all to place one larger order – it is the most affordable and sustainable way to shop our entire range.

Various forms of buying groups exist, ranging from a small group of family and friends to larger buying groups that are run by members to support their local regional, remote or metropolitan community.

The Group Goodness portal also allows you to buy in bulk and split larger product sizes between you and other group members reducing packaging and cost.

How to Start a Buying Group

When you start your Buying Group, you can choose to be the solo administrator or share the load with others. Admins are responsible for finalising and submitting orders, they have full visibility over payments and are the point person for communications with us and for deliveries.

From inviting members, placing orders, enabling splits, communicating updates, and finalising payment, the Group Goodness portal makes running a buying group simple.

Apply to start your own Buying Group, once approved you will automatically become the Administrator for your group and receive a link to the Group Goodness portal. From here you will be able to invite members to your group, allocate other administrators and open your first order!
